These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site, and all products and services offered through it.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you ("User", "Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, our Wholesale Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to any business, company, sole proprietorship, or authorized representative purchasing products via the Site in the course of business. DBW operates on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only.

2.1 License to Use

DBW grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for legitimate business purposes related to sourcing and purchasing wholesale products. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

2.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

2.3 Account Suspension or Termination

The Site is intended for verified business customers only. We reserve the right to request trade licenses, business registration documents, or other verification before approving or maintaining a wholesale account. DBW may refuse service to any party that does not meet our eligibility criteria.

• All prices displayed are wholesale prices unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Prices exclude taxes, customs duties, shipping charges, and destination import fees unless explicitly stated.
• DBW makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but does not warrant that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, and to cancel orders affected by such errors, at our discretion.
• Product availability is confirmed only after payment is received. If an item becomes unavailable, DBW will offer a suitable alternative or process a refund for the affected item(s).
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply and vary by product or brand.

• Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. Standard processing time is 1-3 business days depending on order size and stock availability.
• Paid orders are held for a maximum of 7 calendar days; storage fees may apply thereafter, or the order may be cancelled at DBW's discretion.
• You agree to pay all amounts due for your order, including applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges, at the rates in effect at the time of purchase.
• DBW accepts payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods as agreed with our sales team.
• All transactions are conducted in the currency specified at checkout or as agreed with our sales team.

• Customers may arrange pickup through their own courier or request shipping via DBW's approved logistics partners, subject to destination availability.
• Local delivery within Dubai is available only in selected areas unless otherwise agreed.
• International customers are solely responsible for customs clearance, import permits, duties, taxes, and any destination-related charges. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the import and resale of products complies with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
• Title and risk of loss for products pass to the Customer upon handover to the shipping carrier or courier selected for the order.

DBW guarantees that all products are sourced from authorized manufacturers, distributors, or verified suppliers, and are genuine.

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, returns and claims are accepted only where:

• Incorrect products were supplied;
• Products arrived damaged during transit (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery); or
• A manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Claims must be submitted with photographs, batch numbers, and supporting documentation to sales@dubaibeautywholesale.com. DBW reserves the right to determine the resolution, which may include replacement, credit, or refund.

Products purchased through the Site are intended for resale or redistribution in the ordinary course of the Customer's business. By purchasing from DBW, the Customer represents and warrants that:

• It holds all necessary licenses, registrations, and legal authority to import, resell, or redistribute the products in its jurisdiction;
• It is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including customs, import/export regulations, product safety, labeling, and taxation requirements in its country of operation;
• It will bear full responsibility for any taxes, duties, or fees arising from the resale or redistribution of products purchased from DBW.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product images, layouts, and software — is the property of DBW or its licensors and suppliers and is protected under applicable UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without DBW's prior written consent.

The names "DBW," "Dubai Beauty Wholesale," and associated logos are trademarks or trade names of DBW Trading LLC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

DBW's total liability arising from any order or use of the Site is limited to the purchase value of the affected products. DBW is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including loss of profits, business interruption, or reputational harm — resulting from delayed deliveries, third-party logistics providers, or product unavailability.

DBW makes no representation regarding the suitability of products for use, resale, or import in any specific jurisdiction. Compliance with local regulations is the Customer's sole responsibility.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by DBW. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site.

DBW reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
