Our Refund and Return Policy
At DBW, we prioritize your satisfaction. We accept returns or exchanges for defective items to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience. If you happen to receive a defective item, please take the following steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service Department within 14 days from the day you receive your order to report the issue. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) during this period, as we won’t be able to accept requests submitted after this timeframe.

Defective Returns: For defective returns, we will gladly provide replacements for the same items. In the event that the replacement item is temporarily out of stock, we will refund the item’s value to your original payment method.

Important Information: To expedite the process, please ensure you have the following details ready when you contact our Customer Service Department:
- Your order number
- Product name and DubaiBeautyWholesale Catalog Number of the item you wish to return
- Supporting details of the defective return

Timely Returns: All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the RMA issue date to DWB Dubai Head Office. Please note that we reserve the right to decline returns that are not received within a reasonable timeframe.
Terms & Conditions
General for all products:
- All returns must be sent to DBW’s Dubai UAE office with prior authorization, indicated by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
- DBW reserves the right to determine the reshipping method, irrespective of the shipping method used in the original order.
- DBW is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using Registered Air Mail to ensure secure delivery.
- Shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are non-refundable.
- DBW retains the right to adjust our return policies and decline exchange requests without prior notice, for any reason. In case of disputes, DBW’s decision will be considered final.
Return Shipping Costs: DBW will cover return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed as valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded via PayPal within seven (7) days of receiving your return. Please note that no compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail.
Unwanted Item Return: We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for unwanted items. We kindly advise that you carefully review the product information before placing your orders.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds for return shipping costs will be processed via PayPal. Your satisfaction remains our top priority at DBW
